At KD Cosmic Studio, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase. We are unable to replace or refund orders due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to help resolve the issue.
